In this blog we love jackets, so we start here. The spring/summer catwalks of the top designers such as Rhude Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior among others, once again rectify the street style this season. This time the Varsity Jacket is the coat that cannot be missing in your closet.
As for something lighter, cardigans or knitted sweaters are today’s trend. Yes, I know, it seems that more than today`s trend, it seems to be the trend for the time of our parents and grandparents. But you already know that fashion is a wheel of fortune that turns and turns. So don’t be shy and dust off that drawer of clothes from your grandparents, you will surely find something to wear before the end of the summer.
Top Parts
It seems like every summer is hotter than the last, and designers know it. For this spring summer season, the fashion trend for men in terms of shirts can be defined with two words, freshness and spaciousness. The oversize cut is on all the catwalks with classic cuts and mostly striped prints. Of course, the most important thing is that it is somewhat loose. How many? As much as possible!
To complement the perfect outfit, knitted vests are still in trend. We have seen them since last summer and it seems that they will not go away so easily. If last summer they had their debut on the catwalks, this summer they have been the favorite accessory of brands like Courreges and Giorgio Armani. The difference? This year has been characterized by showing off skin, so the sleeveless shirts + knitted vest is a great combination.

We come to the daring part of this season, the lower part. Let’s start with the pants. The seventies flared pants continued to gain ground, and this time they flooded the men’s catwalks.
On the other hand, in the spring-summer seasons, Bermudas are never lacking, and this occasion is no exception. Like pants and shirts, the wider the better. The length on this occasion was kept within the classic parameters reaching from the knee to below it.
For the most daring and those who like to break with schemes and parameters, short skirts have arrived on the men’s catwalks. Fashion is betting more and more on queer or genderless designs that break with the male-female dichotomy.
And on this occasion, the flag of this fashion is carried by men. Again, the amplitude is the characteristic feature; the more the better. Would you dare wear this outfit?

If something has changed very quickly in recent years in terms of men’s fashion, it is the concept of elegant and formal. Each season the narrowness and rigidity of the suits and outfits for work are more relaxed. So go saying goodbye to your old suits and ties because it seems that they are gone never to return (In good time!).
This of course does not mean that elegance is dead, on the contrary, it is becoming easier to look elegant on any occasion.
As you may be guessing, this spring-summer 2022 season, baggy suits were a hit on all the catwalks. Probably the increase in the home office since the pandemic made visible how important it is to be comfortable to work. So for our good luck now we can wear formal and elegant suits that are comfortable at the same time. At least that will make the return to the office a little better.
The suit jacket, although not in their entirety, are almost being left off the catwalks to be replaced by matching sets of shirts and pants. Colors: from the sublime to the eccentric
Well now you know what cuts and styles to use before this spring-summer season ends. Now let’s move on to something no less important, what colors are the protagonists of the fashion trend 2022?
This season the trend is marked by a very interesting combination of colors. Opposites have come together and the catwalks have combined the sobriety of black with the eccentricity of bright and varied colors.
The total black look has triumphed since the spring-summer season of 2021, and this time it returned with more force. Leather is the new element in total black, and it seems that this trend will continue, so it is not a bad idea to invest in a black leather jacket.
On the other hand and on the total extreme, bright tousled colors have lit up the catwalks this season. Pinks, greens, and yellows dominate the scene, whether combined in total looks. The total pink look has gained more strength than the others, especially in social networks and aesthetic trends.
